We invited Rick Tyler on the show today to help us bid farewell to Newt Gingrich, who is out with a goodbye YouTube that we posted just below. Sure, we've known Gingrich was out of the running for days now (a month, actually, according to a new National Review post out today). But this show had a special place in many of its rundowns for Newt Gingrich, and we're sad to see one of the more exciting chapters of 2012 come to a close.
Today, we'll look back at the best moments of "Newt 2012."

OK panel I don't want to disturb your 'narrative' BUT Bill Gates went to the most exclusive prep school in Seattle...his father was a lawyer. ALSO at the time he went we didn't HAVE the 1% / 99%. He did after all go to high school in the 60's/70's when the government BELIEVED in education and subsidized it. Oh and STEVE JOBS? Ditto. His parents were working class who hocked everything they owned to move into a richer neighborhood to send their son to a better school. AND THEN sent him to a PRIVATE COLLEGE in Portland. Please DO get your facts straight before you go on the narrative that 'everyman can make it in the US'...it ALL get's down to education.
