We've got a lot of ground to cover this morning.
We'll start with a look at how the Obama camp should proceed after Friday's disappointing jobs report. Last week there was a poll out suggesting Romney was gaining ground with women, and today new numbers show his favorability climbing as well. It's a toxic mix that the folks in Chicago certainly want to reverse.
From there we'll talk to Fmr. Gov. Gray Davis, who was ousted from office in a ballot recall. We've been working on a segment on ballot initiatives, looking at what's on this year's ballots and the overall trend of voter movements. And from there a conversation with environmentalist David deRothschild and Professor Michael Mann on why global warming is such hot topic (pun intended) for the political parties.
That, and more, today at noon ET on NOW.

The President team needs to stay on message, it is about championing the causes of the American Middle Class, re-defining the "NEW" Republican Party, and getting the word out to Women and Hispanics, that their interest are with the Democratic Party and show NO FEAR. I am taking working on my Masters, I have a class in Human Resources that has 16 Women in the class at UC Riverside and NONE of them knew about the Arizona Legislation, or Scott Walker's actions on Pay Equity or that there was anything going on with women at all. America is not paying attention, so keep hitting the same points, until we all hear it...that is what the Republican do, they keep repeating it until EVERYONE has heard the message
Speaking of the environment ... I'm getting tired of seeing all the "climate and scientific friendly" commercials on MSNBC by Exxon, BP, Chevron, and other oil companies. MSNBC is doing little to educate on the issues of the environment by including oil company commercials who show pristine waters and lines of trees, while not showing us what is just beneath the surface (oil spills - BP) or the drilling equipment and raping of the earth on the other side of those few trees. What a joke, and MSNBC is not helping in their hypocrisy by showing this continued joke.
Romney's favorability is going up because he is NOWHERE to be seen. He doesn't do interviews, he is the INVISIBLE candidate! How can you make gaffs or tell us what you stand for if you aren't even visible to the general public. Romney is a strange and mysterious man, with secret ideas, clandestine meeting with the rich and power, a corporate ghost a minion of Wall Street. The POTUS needs to draw him out, bring the Vulture Capitalist out into the sunshine, so that we can all see who he is and what he stands for!
