This morning, NOW revisits one of the topic we focus on most - women's issues.
Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards will join us to share the latest with her group's efforts headed toward November 2012. Richards has made it clear she and Planned Parenthood are for the President - believing Mitt Romney poses great harm to women's rights. Talking Points Memo quotes Richards as saying that to have Romney go on record saying “we’re going to get rid of Planned Parenthood...is just so far off the reservation.”
Women are going to play a big role in this election, and the margin by which they vote will play a critical role in the winning candidates final tally. We'll explore that today at noon ET, on NOW.

Along with raising taxes 11 times, Reagan also gave amnesty to 3 million illegal immigrants, tripled the national debt, and many other things that the right-wing would today label Reagan as a "socialist". And now you're talking about Planned Parenthood ... how about talking about Reagan's inclusion of PP, him not agreeing with Roe vs Wade, but accepting it as established law. This is what Republicans don't seem to get or care about ... that others do not agree with them ... and if you don't, then we're going to shove our way down your throat. This ultimately will also be their downfall, as the tide of voters is already turning against them ... women, Hispanics, gay people, the young, etc.
