No one--except for the nine justices and their clerks--knows how the Supreme Court is going to rule on President Obama's health care law tomorrow, but on today's show Ezra Klein broke down what each of the possible rulings means. It could get a little complicated if the court strikes down the mandate but upholds other parts of the law.
Regardless of what happens, the ruling will be a landmark moment for the nation. Check out the below clip for a look back at how the health care fight dominated the President’s first year in office.
The Washington Post's Ezra Klein joins the NOW w/ Alex Wagner panel discussion on the politics behind the Supreme Court's looming position on the Affordable Care Act.

Wouldn't it be something if Romney-in the case the SC oks the law and all it entails-decides to pull two steps back and use its success as his own strength, given Obamacare stems from his own health care policy as a governor? A better question tho is if the GOP would allow him to pull something like that.
Like Alex was mentioning on the show today-or better yet insinuated-the Dems did a piss poor job selling the law's strengths. I'm sure it has its weaknesses as well, any law does, but they could've done such a better job on the sell. I'm not even a businessman and I know this, it's common sense.
the republican party should really be exposed for who they really are, they are out to destroy this president. they do not care for all americans in this country that includes you me and anyone without money and hatred. americans need to show up behind this president and stand up for something,we cannot lead the world with a childish repulican party rule in congress.
